Saab Key Programming
Saab cars that were built prior to 1994 feature an immobilizer mechanism based on coded keys. In order to add a second key, it requires the purchase of a new transponder as well as special programming. This is usually done at the dealer using a Tech2 diagnostic tool.

Transponder key
